Will Crane - Movement|Games|Physical Education

Will has had a lifetime love and joy for movement.  Growing up in Southern California, surfing and water activities were a big part of his life.  The fluid movements of Aikido caught his eye and Will began training seriously in Aikido and Kenjutsu, later becoming an instructor at the San Diego Budokan.  

When their first two children were still quite young, Will and his wife Denise developed an interest in Waldorf Education and Anthroposophy.  After a season of living on the north shore of the island of Kauai, the family moved to Sacramento where Will was enrolled in the Foundation Year and Teacher Training at Rudolf Steiner College.  While there, their third child was born.

In 1986, Will and his family moved to the Threefold community and Will joined the Green Meadow faculty as a first grade class teacher.  While still a class teacher Will joined the first In-Service Training for Spacial Dynamics in North America.  The work of Spacial Dynamics renewed, inspired and enlivened his love and joy for movement.  In 1991, Will left class teaching and became the Director of Physical Education and Athletics at Green Meadow.  He currently teaches grades 1-12 in movement/games and physical education, and coaches high school volleyball.  Will also teaches adult courses and workshops in Spacial Dynamics for Sunbridge Institute, the Applied Arts Program, Creative Speech Spring Valley, and at the Spacial Dynamics Institute.

Stu Kornberg - Athletic Coordinator | HS Baseball Coach

Stu has been our High School baseball coach for the past seven years and has helped with sports scheduling for the past three school years.  He is part of the Green Meadow Athletic Committee that makes decisions on coaching assignments, tournaments, parent, faculty and player concerns.

Before coming to Green Meadow, Stu played college baseball, umpired in Rockland County and coached at different age levels in various sports.
