Excellent faculty and dedicated staff make Green Meadow a strong and resilient educational institution. Teachers and staff take initiative for new courses, student activities and creative ways of working together, resulting in a professional supportive atmosphere and a warm spirit of cooperation.
Over half of Green Meadow's teachers have been with the school for more than ten years, offering solidity and considerable experience; the school also attracts newer teachers who bring new impulses and perspectives. The majority of faculty members have recently lectured in or taught at other Waldorf schools, training courses, or conferences; several have written books and articles on Waldorf Education.
Staff members, too, are dedicated to supporting Waldorf Education through their work and their wider involvement in the school. Green Meadow faculty and staff are also involved in their immediate communities and are enthusiastic participants in a broad spectrum of volunteer and avocational activities.
