Notice for Applicants Residing in the People’s Republic of China
To better facilitate the application process for students from the People’s Republic of China, all inquiries regarding admission to Green Meadow Waldorf School from Chinese students who both reside and attend school in the PRC should be directed to our specialist admissions advisors at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All applicants from the PRC are required to undergo a spoken and written English language proficiency test as part of the admissions process. The test will be conducted by a specialist language-testing partner, who will provide student evaluations directly to Green Meadow. The evaluations will be considered in conjunction with the other application material submitted by the student. Our admissions advisers will provide more detailed information about the language testing process to students who meet our preliminary admissions criteria.
Tuition fees for international students are as follows:
US $39,640 - tuition fee for an international high school student
US $15,000 - 10 months accommodation and board from September through June
US $3,360 - administration fees, costs for extra-curricular music lessons, etc.
Visiting Student and Exchange Student Program
Since Green Meadow has gained a worldwide reputation for excellence in Waldorf Education, our Exchange Program often has more inquiries from abroad than we are able to fill.
As a result, we now offer these Waldorf students the chance to attend Green Meadow without the exchange component by boarding with a Green Meadow host family for up to a year. Both the Exchange Program and the Visiting Student Program enrich our entire school community.
Students who are interested in attending Green Meadow’s high school, but live too far to commute, can inquire about boarding arrangements with host families in the school community. Flexible boarding options are available.
All visiting students will need to apply for an F-1 student visa before entering Green Meadow.
Green Meadow is registered with SEVIS, the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System, and is authorized under federal law to enroll non-immigrant students.
