Giving at Green Meadow
Your support has a big impact, making a difference for each of our students.
Over Green Meadow’s 70+ years of life, we have continually improved our campus. Updates have included a redesigned Arts Building, new playground equipment, a refurbished gym, a high school chemistry lab, new handcrafted wooden desks, improvements to our Music Room, and much more. These additions and upgrades would not have been possible without the generous support of our donors.

The Fall Fair is a beloved annual family tradition that engages the entire community. It is an opportunity for us to raise awareness of our school and to strengthen the social fabric between our current families, alumni, GMWS faculty and staff. This is an all hands on deck event and our volunteers help contribute supplies, oversee the various events, sell tickets, and much more.
Growth and Renewal Fund
The Growth & Renewal Fund raises funds for smaller-scale, high impact enhancement projects. We annually rotate between our 4 curriculum cornerstones and this year we are raising funds to support our Arts and Music curriculum across campus.
Online School Store
Support the education you love by investing in GMWS Spirit Wear. Our new and improved online store features eco-conscious items for youth and adults with a portion of the proceeds coming back to us.
Shop to Give
Support GMWS through you purchases at local businesses with no additional cost to you. GMWS receives a percentage of sales made by the following businesses:
- Hungry Hollow Co-op through filling out a Community Shares card.
- Polaryn Pyret – Sign up for their Outdoor School Savings program and save 15% year-round on their Outerwear Collection. Be sure to write in the comments box at checkout that you are associated with GMWS and we will receive 5% of that purchase.
- Reflective Energy – When you enroll in any of their energy-saving programs for your home or business, GMWS receives a percentage of receipts. Some of the services offered by RES include: gas and electric supply, solar energy, lighting upgrades, energy audits, and community solar. Call Miriam Stiefel at 201.638.3032 for further information.
Become a Class Champion
By becoming a class champion you are a leader among your child’s class in a variety of ways. These include coordinating a Fall Fair activity, soliciting for sponsorships or auction items for our Annual Benefit event, and rallying your class parents to participate in the Growth & Renewal Fund campaign.
