Ari Carle

Eighth Grade Teacher

After 15 years working in various aspects of childcare, Ari returned to school and received her degree in Early Childhood Education. While in this program and for two years following graduation, Ari worked as a pre-K and a Kindergarten teacher in Manhattan. Ari left the Kindergarten classroom to have her second child, but was not away from teaching for long. In 2022 Ari enrolled in graduate school. There she expanded from Early Childhood into the grades, before finding her home in the Green Meadow middle school.

Ari has been a parent at Green Meadow since 2019, when her older child began in the Forest Kindergarten. She has long appreciated the school and its teachers, and is very grateful to be a part of this community now as both parent and faculty member.
