Elizabeth began her journey as a Waldorf teacher at the Camphill School, a residential Waldorf school for children with special needs outside of Pennsylvania. While completing the coursework for her Waldorf certificate, she worked and interned at the Monadnock Waldorf School, Kimberton Waldorf School, and Camphill Kimberton Hills. She took her first class teacher position at the Waldorf School of Baltimore, where she took a class from first through eighth grade.
In 2006 she began to work at Green Meadow, where she has mostly focused on the middle school classes. In 2007, she also began to work at Sunbridge Institute where she has taught renewal courses as well as working with both elementary and early childhood teachers in teacher education.
