Jenna Lieberman

Prior to working as a Waldorf teacher Jenna worked in New York City as a para-professional and kindergarten teacher in schools that primarily served students with disabilities and learning differences. She then enrolled at George Washington University, where she received her master’s in Special Education, working with students with emotional and behavioral disabilities (EBD) and learning disabilities. While getting her Master’s, she worked as a lead teacher in a Baltimore school for students with EBD.
In 2013, Jenna returned to Green Meadow Waldorf School (where she was a student growing up) and began working as a Kindergarten assistant and at the Otto Specht School as an afternoon lead teacher. Since 2015 she has been the Educational Support Teacher, providing support to the younger grades in reading, writing, spelling and math. She is also currently the Extra Lesson teacher and works with whole class and individual students.
